Hello Senior Members,
I would like to seek your advice on my case, please.
I got my immigration through SINP back in 2013.
I visited CA (Saskatchewan), stayed there for 4 months, got my PR card and came back to my homeland.
My PR card that was valid for 5 years are now expired.
Since I stayed there for only 4 months, I didn’t fulfill the PR obligations i.e. to stay within CA for atleast 2 years.
Now, I want to go to CA and want to get benifit of my immigration/Expired PR card.
Is there any legal way, I can go to Canada and apply renewal of my PR card?
Please suggest.
Regards,
Farhan
