PNP RECEIVED EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE INELIGIBLE

Hi there , i hope someone can help me. I have received Pnp from Alberta this morning. My Express entry profile is now ineligible today. This is because my ielts has expired. I have received notification of results but not the cert yet. New Ielts score R8.5/L8.0/S8.5/W7.5.
Old ielts score LRWS 9,9,7.5,7.5.
My questions: do i create a new profile? Will the pnp apply as different results? Do i accept pnp in expired profile? Will Alberta accept new profile? Will the pnp be valid in new profile? Please help

Hard Luck! If you have received a nomination or NOI in your express entry profile and it becomes ineligible or expired, then you need to create a new express entry profile and wait in the pool for Alberta to pick you again. Unfortunately, Alberta have never accepted new profile for the NOI or nominations issued in another EE profile.
