I want to know about PNP in general.
What they are looking for ?
Whether it will help me without good IELTS score(CLB7)?
How much I have to spend to get PNP?

Any one with good experience in this help me out.

I asked my Consultancy, they are giving vague answers.I don't want trust blindly.

I applied for nomination from Nova Scotia on December 09, 2014.
Finally yesterday on February 24, 2015 I accept the file number for my application.
Can you tell me how long need to wait for final decision after get the file number?
