If one gets a PR via PNP Ontario how easy/difficult it will be to move provinces later? Is there minimum number of years I would need to stay in Ontario before moving out?

You can move anywhere in Canada after getting PR . There is no requirement or number of years you have to stay at same province.

So I have a question, I got my OINP on Aug 2019. (Yeah I am that old) but I got my CoPR in 2023. 3 and a half years later.
Now I have to wo job offers , one is in Toronto and the other in Vancouver.

the one in Toronto is a stepdown, dosent pay much but it’s in ontario(and I have tried looking for a role there forever) it will take me a good 2 to 3 years to get back where I am today. Story of most immigrants. Got rejected a lot but this came through.

now the opportunity in Vancouver, is at my level, pays DOUBLE of what is on offer in Toronto and I don’t have to go through rebuilding my career all over again.
Now do I land in Toronto and then leave ‘FOR’ my dream job or do I land in Toronto and leave my dream job.
And yes if I leave Ontario then I am misrepresenting myself and all that but if I stay then I loose everything. So what’s the statute here.
Any advice or suggestion.

Technically once you are a PR, you can live and work wherver you want in Canada.

Whe you land, you want to be careful not to demonstrate an intent to live and work in another province since Ontario nominated you. The address you provide for the mailing of your PR card must be in Ontario.

That's about the most advice anyone here can give you.

Thanks for that, I do plan to land in Ontario, and stay there for a while since I have friends there. Also I have absolutely no one in BC. So my ties to Ontario are pretty strong.
And honestly if I get another offer that beats the one in BC, I’d stay..that’s I guess is the question that bugged me. It’s not like I WANT to move, but I can’t miss out on a once in a lifetime offer that will for sure put me on the right track in my years to come.
