I have 10 + years of work experience in an NGO.
My qualification is B.Sc. (University of Delhi) and Post Graduate Programme in Management. My age is 35 and I would go for PNP program.

The employment requirement in the canada.ca portal says Master in Social Science or administration discipline? Am I eligible under this code considering above mentioned qualification.

Please please suggest am I eligible for this NOC code or will I be considered if I select this NOC?

So you have ECA for both those programs? What PNPs are you eligible for? You can use the NOC for Express Entry. Some PNPs like SINP, your education must match your NOC.

Probably none. You will not get a nomination. CRS score is way too low. No job offer. What are you IELTS scores?

7 in all bands? You don’t have a job offer or an in demand NOC so that takes out all the Atlantic provinces, Ontario, Manitoba and BC. SINP is based on SINP score. Need to check if your NOC and score are selected. Alberta is your only option but AINP has to select your NOC and CRS score. AINP doesn’t publish NOCs selected. Alberta gives more weight to family in province, French speaking, job offer especially in tech fields.

You are eligible, maybe, for Alberta and Saskatchewan. Whether you get a nomination depends on SINP score and whether Alberta selects your NOC and score. Given your low CRS score, I don’t know.

1. Shall I go for WES or IQAS?
2. If WES does not consider me a double graduate or master's will IQAS consider me at least double graduate for post graduation diploma?
3. Can I go for both WES and IQAS? Because I don't want to lose any window of confirmation under the PNP program.
4. I don't have any relatives in Canada which province would consider if my CRS comes between 410 to
