My profession is in the NOC in category O, but my major is different than what is required. Mine is B.A in english and they asked for B.A in education. Will that affect if I apply for FSW in CIC website?
Can you apply for PNP even if you don't have a job offer in any of the provinces? IF NO, then how can one get a job offer. How can you find a "real" employer?
