I would like to know if we have an office in Dakar Senegal processing immigration for PNP

What PNP program? PNP nominations are processed by the province first. PR applications are processed by IRCC and travel documents for PR (not applications) can be done from Dakar.


VACs accept applications for:

• study permits
• work permits
• visitor visas (temporary resident visa)
• travel documents for permanent residents
