Got ielts overall 6, R-5.5 W-6.5 L-6 S-6.5. Experience- approx 4 yrs

By looking at the score I can say that u r around 30 and married I suppose. The present score is not good enough, u need to take ielts general again and improve it.

You can apply in Saskatchewan when it will open, Probability to open in next JUNE or JULY but NOC should be match according to their list

And for how long the saskatchewan pnp be open??

Please how can i get into any PNP program in any of the provinces and how do i know when the are open for PNP ?
