Hi saskapr2015 and All,

I have been nominated by Prince Edward's Island in Nov, 2014 while I am in Oman. The time line was for obtain to PEI PNP Certificate about 6 weeks with a job offer, but I applied for work permit after I received my PEI PNP Certificate in Dec, 2014 and later applied Federal application Feb, 4th in this year. I had been received my work work visa in last July therefore, currently I am in PEI on work permit, my NOC is 7231 Machinist.

So hope life is going on right paths and hope all applicant will receive PR visa soon and I suggest that do not disappointed about PR applications timeline is in 19 months Abu-Dhabi, but for me and my family that took only for exactly 11 months from from Feb, 04 to Dec, 31 and most importantly I knew about PCC, so I gathered and kept ready them when visa officer were asked.

Happy New Year for all,

Thanks for sharing this info jmckumara!

I know you are enjoying your 1st winter in Canada and at the same time missing the Omani weather! :D

Godspeed!

My genuine advice to you all is to request GCMS note. I requested one last November
1, got the GCMS note on Dec 15, and passport request on December 20. Coincidence? I dont think so. Request for GCMS note now.
