I got updates in my eCase today. 6 Lines are as follow:

4- We sent you correspondence on May 2015 (after six days being in process) about the decision on your application.

6- We sent you correspondence on July 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Line number 4 is surprising to me, I didn't got any correspondence related to this and to-date status on eCase is IN PROCESS. they send me medical instructions and police certificates + RPRF.
I have not proceeded for medical due to pregnancy of my wife but I respond to VO with explanation. VO acknowledged that clarification and responded with details, how to add the baby on PR application. I send the new baby documents by September 1, 2015 and waiting for medical instructions for new baby to proceed for medical.
I sent the Police Certificates and RPRF by September 2015. I accessed the eCase by use payment receipt number and its working, means added to my file.
If decision was made in May 2014 then why ecase is not reflecting as DECISION MADE and I am getting correspondence from VO? Even today I got one email regarding my request that I earlier made for extension for the provision of police certificates. VO office granted the extension as was requested.
Can some one comment regarding situation/scenario?
