you can send mail to ms. scarlet directly... and you can ask your family to pay the ticket once the booking is finalized.. that's what we did

you can ask her for quotation even without the passport so she can block the date for you till you receive your visaband finalize everything...

now it has been 13 days already since advo received my passport, and my e-cas changed to DM last june 6.

hopefully i can receive the passport this week.

i am under provincial nominee, and im currently residing in saudi arabia.

I'm also under PNP (MPNP to be precise). I have been told that London is my visa office because I'm residing in Qatar
I have submitted my PR application to CIO and was already in process as of April 4, 2014. Wala pa kasi medical request namin...

Do you think it will be an issue? Ung PNP ba is not a Federal economic immigration?
