why it take so long for the sputum result..

I really don't know, in fact my wife is working in a military hospital and they have this routine checkup and nothing has been found of any suspicious thing on her chest x-ray, i have the conclusion that maybe when the radiologist told her to freeze her breath during the x-ray proceedings she didn't, seems they are very strict re chest x-ray, sputum culture will really take so long since it's still going to be incubated for 6-8 weeks so, with this therefore, the processing of our application will be delayed... I know that God has a perfect plan 8) Have a nice day!

Hi, first I want to congratulate you all for what you've achieve so far in the process..It takes quite a long time waiting for the results and approval but as they said at the end it is all worth it.

By reading your post I just want to know how you applied for a job and become nominated (Provincial Nominee),i mean where or what is the best website? As i understand this is the first step to do before you proceed with your PR application.

I am on the zero stage for now, I am still applying for a job in canada online to get nominated but I am not so sure if I am doing the right thing for this process. I am also planning to apply for canada immigration to one of the known agency here in dubai but was quite hesitant because i find it too expensive.

Please dear all, i need your advice and suggestion as me and my family back home wants to apply and migrate to canada for the hope of better life..Will be glad to hear from you..

first you have to decide w/c province you want to apply under PNP
then, do you have a close relative or friends living in Canada?
if you have close relative that can support your application you can apply PNP under Family stream if not you need need 2 friends to support your PNP application under general stream and you hav to comply w/ all the requirements needed.

i have spoken to the nurse were we took our medicals, she said that canadian embassy is very strict regarding the x-rays...
Hayy this waiting is pissing me off....
so when is your plan to the the sputim exam?

My wife just finished doing it, it was done 3 consecutive days, then they have to culture it for a week and then incubation for another 6-8 weeks so it means that they will forward the result to LVO end of November, huh that long, so what we're doing now is relax and see what will be next.. we're ready for anything that will come along the way.... have to think five steps ahead.. he..he..he.. ;D

Don't worry bout your case... maybe it is just the security check why your ecas till now wasn't updated... be positive and things will be fine. 8)

no need to apply thru agency, you can do the entire process by yourself.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp
check the above website and read it carefully, all informations are there. Select by province and assess yourself if you can meet the criteria set on their guidelines and apply as Provincial Nominee. Once nominated, then you can proceed for federal processing to apply for Permanent Residence visa.

Hi adg i too received the additional test paper , same here it is for me sputum culture test , yesterday was my first test so me too in queue behind u ...
