yeah, for me still the same no additonal line mentioning that they received my MR. It took only 19 days for your MR to be reflected in ECAS, that's really fast.

One thing i can see that since i belong to a very sensitive part of the country, that may have caused the delay due to background checks. Thanks SSET for your kind support. specially i feel bad because my child got a very good scholarship offer from university of Manitoba and god admission too and she cant avail it due to this delay.

have you tried to follow up with ADVO if they already received your file from CIO/LVO? i guess enough time had passed already so you can follow up with them...just my opinion.
Don't worry and leave it all up to God. Just keep the faith, pray more and I'm sure you will hear from them soon. Goodluck!
