yes, that is how i undertand the process, CIO is just a receiving point but ADVO still the final visa office that will process our PRV. Hopefully once we get our AOR from ADVO, average of 5-6 we will have the PPR then PRV inshallah!!

yes edwin, it is a one year process plus minus 2 months depending upon time required for background/security checks of individuals

hi there, i'm a newbie on this forum from bahrain, i just want to share you all that i had my medical here last first week of january 2012, then around first week of march (or maybe less, just so busy to log) i noticed that my status has changed to medical received and on 24th May i got an email asking me to submit my pport and latest pics for visa stamping in ADVO within 30 days, processing would be 10 days upon receipt, have to pay the Aramex airway bill with returned address envelope and the visa expiration is on feb 2013. Sask is the destination to my brother. I know the feeling of waiting with our family on the other end having the same, just pray, think positively, go on with life and submit all their requirements without delay, meanwhile, have fun under the sun in the middle east, for sure you gonna miss it soon, if it is meant to be so be it... Thanks for sharing this info. Can you share us how much time altogether it took for you to get the visa . I mean from the date your submitted your documents till you got visa..thanks

In the instructions of medical examination it was mentioned that our results should be send to London medical officer... but Pakistani Medical center said that all cases will be send to New Dehli we showed them all instructions but even than they said that they will send to New Dehli and from there the result will be forwarded to the required medical officer as mentioned .... My question is that has anybody experience the same situation like this or not? Please share your experience regarding medical examination out side the country of V.O. and Will this effect to our Time line ?

its like this , Dont worry , DMP Karachi must send the results to regional Medical office New delhi not directly to London. for more information consult the below link

Hello Friends,

First of all, I would like to congratulate Atand, Achieco and Justonce for their win. God Bless everyone.

Now regarding my case, I received Additional Medical Request on 15-03-2012 and done on 01-05-12 and received by LVO on 08-05-12 (they found some scar on my X-ray). Thanks God TB test result was negative.

Let's see now how many days or months it will take to get PPR. My e-case is still “In Process” no medical received line updated and address disappears from 3 to 4 months now.
