hi sset. according to some post earlier here, they verify our jobs if needed, between the period AOR and MR is sent. Please correct me if i misunderstood it...

I am also waiting for some MR news and it is now crossing the average time limit ..By the way I have a question. Has anyone here who got MR, was also informed by email that his MR has been sent out. As we know from previous cases the e-case status does not change unless the MR is sent back. Am asking this because if the MR is delayed due to some postal issues, how would we know it?.

yes , its exactly like this
MR can be sent through email or by regular post , it depends which medium they want to use at that time . once they issue the MR , E-case states the same as " IN Process" but once the medical results have been forwarded from CHC to your CIC office (ADVO) an additional line added inside your E-case status " Medical Results Have been Received"
You cant know when they send the medical Request .

Thanks Adnanmak, In fact in some cases the e-case remained silence and was showing "Application Received" even after the MR was sent to the applicant. It started showing "in process" after cic received the medical results.

A very simple answer to this delay is the current Canadian govt policies related to immigration issues....nothing else!!!!!.

First of all, I would like to congratulate Atand, Achieco and Justonce for their win. God Bless everyone.

Now regarding my case, I received Additional Medical Request on 15-03-2012 and done on 01-05-12 and received by LVO on 08-05-12 (they found some scar on my X-ray). Thanks God TB test result was negative.

Let’s see now how many days or months it will take to get PPR. My e-case is still “In Process” no medical received line updated and address disappears from 3 to 4 months now.

I did my 1st Medical on 23-1-12 received by LVO on 27-01-12. But I received Additional on 15-3-12, dated 10-2-12 by snail mail, I took this letter which I received from LVO to DMP and they told me everything was fine when they sent my medical as per their assessment. However, they informed me that if they get doubt 1%, they send Additional Medical Request to make sure 100% and it is normal in many cases particularly for TB.

I'm just worried that it is the medical that causes the delay of our
ppr. Although we were told at Binbrek medical center that everything
is fine. Hope we get it soon. Seems the processing have slowed down
from March.
