Another concern is, if I will submit the application to CIC-AbuDhabi, should I use the new unified checklist or the old checklist from VO-AbuDhabi (I prefer this one coz it is much easier)... I hope I can get more info from all of you!

I think you should submit your application according to CIC updated system, as they mention everywhere that everyone should keep checking on their website until they submit their application, to submit proper and accurate documents as per the requirements.

Therefore, my advice to you visit CIC Website and go according to CIC requirement that will be much better for you.

1) As of December 1, 2011, if you are applying under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Once you have gathered all required forms and documents listed in the Document Checklist, send your application to:

Citizenship and Immigration
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
PO Box 1450
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6K5
Canada

I don't think they will be strict about dental because as i know the check blood and x-ray.

yes, you are also right, even in the CIC-AD, these changes are reflected on their website...
i'm in a verge of getting crazy hehehehe... I already sent email to MPNP and CIC-Abu Dhabi, hopefully I can get a reply at the soonest. Right now, I have prepared two sets of application package... whichever comes first(confirmation from CIC-AD or from MPNP, then I will decide

thank you for the reply...we have the same concern, my LOA was granted on Oct 14th, and it stated there that I must submit it to CIC-AbuDhabi that's why I am also confused if I need to submit the complete PR application as per the new system or still on the old system.

Please kindly share to me their feedback as soon as you have it, all my documents are now ready. Goodluck to all of us

They have given me 2 hospital which is Department of Internal Medicine, Astoon Hospital and Int'l Medical Clinic.

I need to book my schedule as soon as possible bec. I'm going home for vacation on 12th of Dec.

They do only chest x-ray urine test and blood test along with normal check up like BP. weight and height.If you have any special disease then they take test according to it.

I got my medical request by post mail in the Philippines since its my mailing address.

They'll send me the orig. copy via DHL to Saudi.

Aynyway, I just came back to office bec. I went the 2 Hospitals to check the rates.

My schedule will be on Thursday this week.
