There is not any exact period, watch our time line you can guess it.
They can require add.doc.at any stage.
My advice is forget it,life will be easier.

Hello guys, hope everyone will have a good news today. I need your "free" advice regarding the ff:

1. Is it advisable to pay the visa processing fee and the RPRF at the same time?
2. Regarding the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION (form IMM 5549), does it has to be completed both by the principal applicant(me) and my husband too? Do I need to make a single entry for each country i've visited or is it okay to consolidate the places for each period & fill up like this example :
May 2008 - June 2008/ tourism / France, Italy, Germany, Spain
Or do I need to include specific place for each country for each period? i hope someone can enlighten me on this one as I have been into 15 countries for the past 10 years :( and I just want to fill it up in the most appropriate/accurate manner.
3. Regarding the form IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4 - Funds- did you declare only the cash funds in your bank account or did you also add the amount of your investments/properties convertible to cash. Is it okay to declare the amount lower than the amount you submitted during the MPNP application?

Do you have other concerns that I must need to know prior to submit the complete documents to VO-AD?
Please share your thoughts, I'm almost done finalizing my documents and I just need to be sure, your opinions will be very much appreciated :)

Hi sset12,

Based on what my husband did:

1. Only processing fee --accdg to my husband, we must what is instructed :)
2. Yes. I have no idea.
3. We did declare other forms of investments-- real estates.

HTH. :-)

dear 501win,
Thank you for your attention and immediate reply!! Appreciate it a lot...

I am hoping to receive more feedback on this. Thanks in advance :)

Hello sset12,

1. Is it advisable to pay the visa processing fee and the RPRF at the same time?
Ans. It is better to pay one time because it will save your time and reduce your processing time.

2. Regarding the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION (form IMM 5549), does it has to be completed both by the principal applicant (me) and my husband too? Do I need to make a single entry for each country I’ve visited or is it okay to consolidate the places for each period & fill up like this example : May 2008 - June 2008/ tourism / France, Italy, Germany, Spain
Alternatively, do I need to include specific place for each country for each period? i hope someone can enlighten me on this one as I have been into 15 countries for the past 10 years :( and I just want to fill it up in the most appropriate/accurate manner.

Ans. Anyone above 18 should fill this form and you should mentioned your each visit or stay in countries during 10 years starting with most recent information. That will be much better and easier if you will go according to you passport entries.

3. Regarding the form IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4 - Funds- did you declare only the cash funds in your bank account or did you also add the amount of your investments/properties convertible to cash. Is it okay to declare the amount lower than the amount you submitted during the MPNP application?

Ans. Cash, property, bonds etc... You should mention each and everything, which is, belongs to you or your spouse and attach all the supporting documents to prove. For property, you should make evaluation by the concern department.

Note: Please check your application many times and make sure before submitting as per AD Checklist.

This is what I know and I think it will help.

Good Luck and all the very best
