I am also a provincial nominee under family stream. Though I haven't experience the same as my application went smoothly in the provincial stage, I read a lot of forum regarding family stream applicants. In your situation you just have to wait for the reasssessment of your documents. As your file has been resubmitted it will be reassessed as per the standard procedure, meaning you should wait again for a couple of months and if they are satisfied with your submitted proof of relationship, then you will receive your LOA (letter of approval) in due time.

It is just a normal case and lots of applicants underwent with the same, yet, after submitting the required proof, they are getting their approval.

No I did not get nomination up to now, even its take more than year for that as I discovered, we submitted our file 19-03-2010.

I am living in Abu Dhabi, we submitted our MPNP application (Family Stream) on 19-03-2010, and in July 2010, they returned the application and mentioned it is ineligible because of lack of relationship proof and my relative in Winnipeg resubmitted the application with proof of relationship and IELTS test Report (5.5 Bands),moreover, they said they will come back if will required anything else.

Kindly advise me about my case if someone has similar experience or your own experiences in your cases.

Dear Devinder

Please Note that the Federal process for PNP applicants is the same (what so ever your stream).
The issue that you are still in the provencial part while all other people here are done with this stage and moved to Federal stage.

Any way soon you will get done and will get your Provencial nominee certificate and then we will be much willing to help you with the federal process.

It means that all the process will take 2 years time maximum as they mentioned in your AOR, 9 to 12 months.

MPNP nominated you in 7 months and Federal will finish before or on 15 Sept. 2011

abu dhabi visa office not requested ielts for any pnp approved application yet.

aprox 45 days for 1st AOR they took but may be due to chrismits and new year they late in your case.

Am new to this thread and would like to have more information on the processing timelines at the Abu Dhabi Office. Here's my case:

Applied to Quebec: November, 2009
CSQ Received: January, 2010
Federal Application: August, 2010
Federal process date: September,2010
IMM5549: October, 2010
IMM5549 sent: October 2010

Status on tracker: IN PROCESS

We are now February, 2011 and my application is 5 months old. It is being processed at the Abu Dhabi office. Can someone tell me what to expect next and by when?
