Just to inform you that we have received our PR thanks God
Just pray
I think that ADVO are not exceeding the processing time even if they are very slow bit they will speed up later on
We have notice from some applicants having my same timing that the processing time is calculated from the AOR date.

I had sent the PCC alongwith the file and mostly people do that. No idea when they will ask for it but I guess if they hv to ask they will ask after your medical step is complete and passed.

They request for police certificates often along with medical. (I know from the friend's experience from another county), but my concern is either they will ask for UAE certificate or somehow they have ways to check it themselves?

I am about to move and not sure if I should apply for this certificate just in case before I leave UAE..

I dont think we can anymore... I think its possible before submitting application only..

Undergo your exam before you submit your application (Required for certain categories: see your application guide)
This is called an up front medical exam.

You can contact a panel physician directly to get your medical exam.

Once your medical exam has been completed, the doctor will give you a document confirming that you underwent a medical exam. You must include a copy of that document with your application.

If the doctor works with the eMedical electronic system:

they will give you an up-front medical notification printout.
If the doctor works with a paper system:

they will give you a copy of the IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form.
You must attach that form to your application before you submit it to the visa office. If you apply online, you must upload that form before you can submit your application.

Depends on how long you have been staying in the UAE
if you have been staying for longer from 6 months then yes I urge you to get it sorted before moving anywhere
from experience (a friend's) they wouldn't entertain you with providing the same easily from abroad

thats exactly why i was thinking to get it before leaving.

I only was hesitating if needed at all, since the whole package has been submitted already and accepted. After submission I have stayed in UAE for 1 year 4 months.

I just received my GCMS note and found nothing changed except that paper file has been opened on 29/09/2016
