thanks for the information, the more important question is what is the processing time for PNP in ADVO? i received my AOR on 9 October 2015 and still waiting for MR

I really don't know how ADVO process our files. Two forum members who received their AOR one month before yours received their MR on Jan 2016. They even have their visa on hand now. I was expecting 4-5 months for ADVO to issue MR but was really surprise that in your case it is already 7 months and still no MR. I really hope that ADVO step up like what other VO's done recently.

What took ADVO process the applications so slow, do they conduct background checks like hiring 3rd party to check on our backgrounds? But we already submitted our PCC, isn't that not enough? If they're having a hard time processing the applications why not transfer it to the other VO's?

when i check the file link it says for ADVO 80% of the applications processed in 18 months, 70% processed in 15 months, 50% processed in 13 months and 30% in 10 months. that was for 2015 i hope they are faster in 2016

I do have the same feeling. May be Express Entry can pace things

7 months and counting is too much! I am about to press the panic button..Did you receive any confirmation that your VO is Abu Dhabi? In my case I just received this month an email from ADVO regarding my request in adding my new born. Other than that they don't reply to my CSEs

I had applied for the GCMS notes . So from there it got confirmed that my VO is AD otherwise there was no notification of file transfer.

We received the passports 15 working days, sent via aramex

Sis uaepinay, how much did you pay for sending your passport(s) via ARAMEX? Do they have some sort of a "return tracker" system?
