Hi to all its my first post here..just like to ask if all needed documents like NSO certificates needs to be notarized or can I just attach/send the original instead? Thanks

I will assume you will send it for PRV application to CIO, am I right? Please follow the document checklist and you will never go wrong... if your documents are already in English, no need to notarize(unless stated in the checklist) no need to send the original copy if they require only copies (colored photocopies will do)

hi thanks for your reply.. actually my wife will sponsor me under family category, we will be using abu dhabi office us our case processing office since im working here in qatar. the checklist for abu dabhi states that send notarized photocopies of documents, unless otherwise stated. But since some of ky papers are from NSO which are also certified copies im thinking of a sending them without making photocopies and notarized them..

Hi Markerick,

I just want to ask if how many months did you wait from the submission of additional docs of your newly born child to Medical request (of ur baby).

I have the same case where I submitted the addtl docs for my new born baby on 21 May, 2012 but there is no MR yet till this moment. FYI all my family had already finished our medical exams aside from the new born.

in our case, visa office requested us an additional req. and we've been inserting letter informing the new dependent but til now we didnt receive any from ADVO for my baby but received the MR for me and my wife.

When I received my PPR I made a letter informing them that my fiancee gave birth and I have included their birth certificate copies. after 3 months they send me a medical request for my baby. after one month they send me my 2nd PPR.

When i got letter of Nomination from Govt. of Manitoba Immigration department before applying to ADVO in that letter i received guidelines regarding what will happen next in that guidelines it was mentioned that after receiving Visa we have to send them a letter letting them about our landing program. So please check in your letters and let me know if you couldn't able to find i will send mine.
