Hello... When filling up the form (General Application Form for Canada), do you also have to put your Middle Name? The Family name(s) and Given name(s) are being asked (exactly what is written in the passport) but there is no box for the Middle Name. How did you go about it?

Thank you! :D

Only Family Name and Given Name were asked...no need to include your middle name :D

adg, thanks for the good wishes and keeping us in your prayers... i am claiming it now with God's grace :)

btw, i already scheduled for pick up today till 6pm the additional documents requested by the VO...while preparing the envelope, i just got a call (Tel# 97126940300 -you might want to save it) at first i thought it was the courier, fortunately, it was the embassy...the caller just asked to confirm my PO Box # (not the entire address). She said that they are about to send the MR forms....hurray!!!...so excited about it i felt like i'm in the cloud 9...
i guess I will expect it before end of this week(wishful thinking) or before the month ends...cheers for everyone!!!! God bless us all! more goodnews for all of us...

immrox, your MR is on the way...it will just pop up in your door :) ;D ;D ;) ;)

Wao...really!!! heartiest congratulations SSET! I hope also for my MR too soon! and a bit worried too why there is no communication yet

immrox, don't worry for sure it will come at the right time...btw, where is your current location?

Hi sset12, thanks for your support. I would probably have hundreds of questions more to go. I went through the document checklist that must be submitted to CIO. I guess the only new document that we must produce are the police clearances as the other documents were already submitted when we first applied to MPNP. Just for confirmation... I have to get a police clearance from Dubai Police (for UAE) and an NBI clearance from Philippine Consulate (for Philippines), right?

With respect to mailing the application, aside from mailing all required documents, an instruction is provided, to wit, "include 2 self-addressed mailing labels: one in English or French and one in the official language of your country of residence (in our case Arabic)". Where do we get these?

yes, sset12.. still praying that you may received your MR the soonest to go ahead for the medical exams... God bless.... so, how many months it will take before they will request for the PP. thanks. :)

thanks adg for keeping us in your prayers, same here :)
i hope they will not require additional docs request after your MR, your PPR will probably released within 30-45 days(more or less) that's just my assumption :) just check your ECAS from time to time, once status showing "Medical results have been received" then your PPR will come very soon. Relax, Enjoy and plan your next step- MOVING! ;) ;) ;)

adg256, when did you received MR? where is your mailing address? Mine is in philippines but I work in Saudi.
