Yes they do , if you live in pakistan your file will submit to London , but if you change your residence and moved to those countries where Abu Dhabi office is the nearest CIC office , and your case in london is just on the beginining then they will might transfer your file to Abudhabi for further processing .

Bro I sent complete file to my sponsor and he himself submitted the file in Winnipeg, how come the case will be transferred to London then ? They never mentioned that my case is being processed from London. I think its still being processed from Winnipeg office.

I applied in Dec 2010 and then I get a request of some documents in middle, then again I got a temp file number in dec 2011 which required some documents in a letter. I submitted it before the last date in the same month. Since then, I havent received any reply from them.

I haven't received my LOA, Does this means it will be accepted when I'll get my LOA ? I havent received my AOR too ? did I missed that letter as I already got a temp file number.

Your AOR is the letter when you received the temporary file number...just to give you an idea based on my experience, six months after getting AOR from MPNP(temp file#) me and my 2 sponsors was interviewed then two weeks later, LOA (letter of approval) or nomination letter was sent thru post mail to my sponsor. Good luck! btw, i was nominated under general stream

Thanks a lot Bro for giving a positive response and a hope. I am frustrated only because of the long wait. I applied in dec 2010 and look its mid of 2012 and my case is moving at snails pace.

it received by my agent , i got the file number through my agent,,, as i know in AOR is nothing just they mention at which date they received the application , mentioning the file number
