I also got second medical request just for spouse and kids(outland) and 2 ADR's couple of months ago have been submitted and waiting for DM and PR

lot of applicants receive got ADR and medicals in last couple of months lets see how it goes

My medical expired 14 july 2021 and my spouse's aswell but still no extension email . Neither did they asked to redo medical.
What do u guys think might be the case here??
