Mine is similar, also everything passed, got DM months ago. Then phone interview Aug 2020. Called agent last week for update she said it's still in process. They are doing additional verification since that interview, she personally thinks it's toward COPR. I got scared. What additional verification for after DM????

1. Contact again with a different IRCC agents (3 agents).
2. Order GCMS notes.
3. Contact with your MP (he normally contacts directly to IRCC).

I don't think it's serious. I received CoPR 2 weeks ago, but in my account GCkey still - "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made" in ECAS - aslo still DM.

Their system is full of bugs.

Required ATIP in Oct, security not started, everything is ok. Files remain in the centralized office since AR.
I and my wife have been so stressed in recent months.

Hello everyone,

My AR is December 31, 2018. Almost 24 months and no DM yet. Last update was in January 2020 when IRCC requested a new Schedule A.
I called IRCC customer service few weeks ago and I was told the following:
Eligibility passed
Criminality passed
Security not started (????)
medical will be either re-do or extended as mine expired in September 2020
But it's unbelievable that after 2 years they haven't started my security check yet. I'm really tired of waiting. I don't really understand what's going with my application.
Anyone here with the same situation?

How many ATIP GSMC you ordered? You need order GSMC for BOTH of you. Security check is launched for normaly 1 out of 2 applicants, as a rule for those with a more complex background.

P.S As CSIS is a different organization and sometimes IRCC does not update information in a timely manner. Security check rarely takes more than a year, usually ~6-11 months after eligibility.
