ya last week agent told me that my file is 80% completed just wait for last step that is security .
I received the PAL email as well. It's the third PAL I'm receiving.
I'm inland OINP applicant with one dependent and my timeline is:

No, but my wife have refusal,maybe ,this is reason for transfer, but we become pre arrival, so that mean passed eligibility

They told me on 5th nov that security passed and I got the pre arrival on 21Aug
