Passport validity till May 2021.
Shall I renew the passport right now or wait till Medical request or even to get PPR?

Inlands Do not need biometrics. So chilled

Because you are an inland applicant, inland applicants do not need biometrics.

Yes i paid and submit everything upfront except medical.
