I think you can reach them through email and quote your application number in your correspondence

i applied from Ontario, as inland applicant. i have a representative he takes care of it if i need anything i ll ask him. Wait until next week you ll get your application number and Did u confirm with IRCC that they recieved your application? or did u ship with trackable courier service?

I used the tracking number, it indicates that the package has arrived and with the signature from the person who receives it.
