AR is the date when your mail got the IRCC office (the date the mailman left the envelope).
AOR is the date when IRCC reviewed your papers, and sends you a notification by email with your application number.

Hi Ravi， May I ask you a question? Do you need to reach to certain points to apply for nomination in ontario? or once you sarify all the requirments , then you can appply nomination and then wait. In BC we need to get enough points before apply for nomination

in Ontario if you employer gives you full time job offer you can apply PNP in Ontario. but for pnp your employer should help you to satisfy all the requirements and you ll get your nomination within 3 months.
