And their is no PAL for me yet. Im inland AINP, VO sydney with noc Food service supervisor. Do you think it depends on the "noc" also??

okay. To be honest I don’t know if they prioritize applications based on noc.
From what I have seen so far in this website, they prioritize based on order of received as long one’s application is not complicated
