The eligibility did not change but the background check started already to process how about you?

Here is the update from my file. My last update shows medical results received but i don't know if the medical is passed but its already been 3 months.I have received the Pre-arrival letter about a month ago. how would i know if my medical has been passed and any idea how much time will PPR take? any help will be really appreciated.
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 27, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 30, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on November 30, 2018.
  4. We sent you medical instructions on May 13, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  5. Medical results have been received.

You can see if your medicals has been passed when you log in to your CIC account

Did you receive ghost update i believe ur closer to PPR if you got pre arrival.letter
 
Keep.us posted i thin this week.or next weem you will get it
 
Is anybody here whose ar in July 2018 and waiting for PPR ?
 
Another day passed no ghost update still
