Hi! Has anyone who submitted in October-November (AOR Winter) already received a Pre-arrival letter?

Got my pre arrival today

I heard that the Pre-arrival letter comes about a month before the decision made.

Based on the results from 2018, I can assume that Pre-arrival letter come after AOR:

Minimum - 128 business days.
Average - 183 business days.
Maximum - 212 business days.

Means 1 to 2months

July 29: And they asked for my police clearance (biometric one).
I already gave police clearance (without biometric one). Everyone I know who gets police clearance got at the time of medical. But I was asked for it almost after 3 months. Why is that and am I far from getting ppr now?
