Based on the results from 2018, I can assume that Pre-arrival letter come after AOR:

Minimum - 128 business days.
Average - 183 business days.
Maximum - 212 business days.

called there yesterday and they advised all is done and security in process. Said that I should hear an update from Cic in the next weeks.

just check with an officer in CIO sydney they mention my application was already transferred to designated visa office which is located at London U.K
but I ask them in my online Account it was not posted. just quick inquirer since it was transferred already to a visa office from CIO sydney to London Visa office how long it will be to get next update
