I think MR requests is done for the AR - JUNE 2018 and mostly next 2 weeks will expect the AR - JULY 2018.

As per my knowledge ( source our WHATSAAP group) some local visa offices issued file transfer notifications like SGVO, and ECAS status application received means file transferred to local visa office , but many candidates received medical request from Canada not from local visa office, I am from May AR, still waiting fir medical request,no FT notifications local visa office NDVO
