Sept 18 2017. almost 3 months since ghost update (Dec 18). Still No DM or PPR... Why are they processing october first I don't get it?

I think the problem is not when but HOW they process. They process in batch, which explains some Sept and Oct (and even July & Aug) got their DM and PPR today. You and other Sept, Oct applicants (include me Oct 16) could be on a different batch, processed by a different officer
