I mean you asked one of agent in person over the phone or you just entered buttons to check your security?

How do we know if there is ghost update? CIC sends an email notification saying that you have new message?
I just logged in my CIC account, no change at all.... so sad.

Automatic message keep telling me background check is still in progress.
I am wondering the automatic message told you same thing with me.

Have anyone of you heard ppl got MR after 1 year and got the DM/PPR within 15-19months ?

My File Receive Date is Feb 11th. 2018 but go no updates since AOR including MR. Kinda too frustrated now.

You have to find the option "speak to an agent!
