How i wish i understand the criteria used. Y will oct/nov/dec 2017 applicants get ppr before sept folks? Anyone with a reasonable answer?

In the additional family information form for my spouse, Is she supposed to fill/write my name in the space for 'applicant' in section A or fill in N/A and go ahead or start from the spouse part?

uh oh! you gotta double check that my friend, withdrawn to understand it simpler is that the application is cancelled.

Yeah I think so coz last night when I check my ecas still IN PROCESS today morning when I check ecas it shows Decision Made.

Btw I got my ghost update dec 15,2018
And it was also Saturday
