19 months timeline is for 80% of the application. but ya your theory is sort of correct i guess.

And the average used is the value for the last 12 months, but what they do now will reflect later. There got to be an easy explanation. I don't know if mine is correct. It should be simpler than that.

Today i call ircc and she was saying that how much for time for application i said 19 months then she was asking how many gone i said mine is 17 month now she was saying if 19 months over or you reach 19 months then call us i was so surprised

It's pretty common for them to give u an answer like that. I called them on Jan 31. They told me I passed everything except a DM. And suggested me waiting a full time range of 19 months. Then I got my DM on Feb 5. What you need to do about calling them is just ask if your passed Criminality and Security Check. If everything is done and passed, your DM will come in 15-30 days and PPR will come in 0-28 days afterwards.

Ideally yes but I’ve seen people who’ve passed all checks still took them ~3 months to get a DM

I didn’t even get a DM. I just hope I could get dm and Ppr at the same time. And I don’t have any representatives.

No issue, it is that sometimes representatives don't check our eCAS as frequently as we do, there is no notice, so he could have a DM by now.

JUST NOW I CHECKED IT AND IT IS SHOWING DECISION MADE BUT NOTHING IN GCKEY.
