There is no certain way to know that, and since we have no rounds of invitation, i.e., no control, a huge difference could exist. And people from June and July seem to be taking longer. So... it makes sense.
The number of people in the forums may indirectly express the number of applicants. And since we are all PNP, and most provinces reach their caps by September, you could be right. However, more people join when their applications are reaching the deadline or passed it, or when they start to worry.
We could still see an influx of new people in the next months, along with more updates, more people talking frequently, etc., and we could reach 200 pages soon.
What are your provinces of nomination, folks?

I just got a ghost update and they said security and other checks are complete.
My timeline is :
Application Received: Oct 26 2017
Medicals passed: April 19 2018
Pre-Arrival Letter: June 2 2018
Ghost update: January 31 2019
Any idea when i'm looking at for a DM or PPR?

IRCC Call Center Agent confirmed I have passed background check and that's why I got the application updated message in the CIC account.

I wish your DM and PPR coming up, soon! I have very similar timeline to you. Did you ever order GCMS notes before? Have you take a look at how location of your file has been changed? When I called CIC in the end of December 2018 & at the beginning of Jan 2019, they told me my security check has not started yet just GCMS note indicated. I just received one GCMS note from CBSA it still shows Ready for PS-SEC. This report was ordered on Jan 7th 2019. I just would like to compare your application progress to mine. Thanks!
