Welcome to September waiting applicants, are you inland or outland I mean you submit your application from inside Canada or outside Canada ?
because CIC these days send AORs to people who are submitted their application from outside Canada at the end of August, last one was 28 August, and to applications from inside Canada to people who submitted their application at the beginning of August.

I am an outland Applicant. The one thing that worries me is that my IELTS has expired on the 8th of sept 2015 which is the day just before cic received my application. I have got my MPNP with NOC A (2174) and job offer. I know cic described that IELTS is only required for NOC C & D, but what are the chances that they will accept my application or has anybody who is in a situation like me and got AOR?

Hello Friend, im in the same situation but I have spoken with so many experience applicants b4 sending my application. CIC wont bother abt an expired IELTS since the province has checked dat already. writing another IELTS b4 sending ur PR application is an indication that u didnt sent one for ur provincial nomination application. Cic is interested in knowing if u actually sent one while applying for nomination. therefore, dont worry abt the expiration.

As you are outland I assume that you can get your AOR next week and no worry about your IELTS since the province accepted it.

I think, CIC is currently processing August applicants as per the forums . We have to wait 2 more weeks for the result

I applies from South Africa, end September/beginning October and also still waiting for AOR.

Does CIC stop processing applications during December and January?

I hope to get AOR and file transfer before year end. South Africa Pretoria Visa Office seems to be a lot faster than the inland Canada VO's.

ANy thoughts on this anyone?

Did any one use credit card as mode of payment and did they debit money from your credit card ? for September applicants

Sent the package to CIC Sydney on Sep 17 and Received on the 20th.

However, my nomination has expired last month, would this affect my application?

Also, since 2 months have gone since the time they received the application, does it mean my application is complete?

As per data provided by different applicants, the average AOR time is 62 days for OUTLAND and 90 days for INLAND applicants.
