IRCC received an email indicating that Vishal Kalia is currently in India.
At this time, all Visa Application Centers in India are closed.
Until the Visa Application Centers re-open, IRCC cannot finalize the permanent residency of Vishal Kalia or Shivani Sharma.
Please email IRCC when Vishal Kalia enters Canada.

Can you read? It is clearly stated that the offices are closed. What to do? Wait until it the offices are open. Questions? Call IRCC.
My ecas status shows "decision made" from November 19 but no update in GCkey. Any Idea how long will take to get update in my online profile? I haven’t received any email .
I got copr after 3 business days. Hopefully you will receive soon
