New medical request for principal applicant nov 7 2019 along with fingerprints request for both of us
As of now medical passed for both
Security passed
Criminality passed
Eligibility was passed but again in process
I heard security is the last step.
I hope I get something by January

I think there is an expiry date for eligibility. If it expires, it should be processed again. I completely understand how frustrating it is.

It should be quick. Usually, security check is the longest process.

Your application files had been transfered into LVO and then the status changed from In Process into Application Received in ECAS??

Its still application received but i called them a month ago and they said they were working on my file and finally started reviewing my eligibility and added that sometimes ECAS. doesn't get updated , rest assured we are working on your file. I hope to hear something in January .

I have a question regarding AR and AOR for paper based PR application.

My question is does cic notify by email to the applicant for the application received status too?

Since I know they email the candidate for AOR receipt.

There is always a gap between the application received date and the date on which they will start processing the application.

So, when I will send in my paper based application will I get an email that application is delivered there or received by them before they start processing it and send me another email with AOR number?
