Hi i know how it feels

what should I do if after 5 days I didn't hear anything from them.it's been 6months and there is no update on my online application.

Mine is from May 2018 throug ainp
We got medical request may this year and after that it just says we passed the medical exam after a week then no more updates up to this time.I only have 5 days left on my progress bar.It's very frustrating to wait.What should I do if after 5 days I wouldnt get anything from them I don't have any representative.

You should ask for your GCMS notes that s what i did but it takes 5 $ and you need to be inland (I believe) plus it can take up to 30 days to receive it i asked for it 7 days ago ...
It gives you the note of the agent that is processing your file so you can see exactly what they are doing ... i would recommend also calling them

I called them this morning they said the offices are not in rush for sending ppr so all we can do is wait, But I completely agree to you that it’s really very frustrating.

Hopefully this is the very last challenge they give you.
I have friends (a couple) who also had to provide proof of relationship, and they uploaded info and got PR quite soon afterwards.
It sounds like you gave them a lot of good info, so I am sure you both will be fine, and hopefully very soon.

i got pre arrival on 23rd oct and got second pre arrival in to my email on 7th nov
till now no update.
