Mine as well. Ottawa is really slow. Even didn’t any news hear from Ottawa from last few months. I don’t know what’s going on. Still AR from last 4 months.

I believe that means your application is all good and finished, and as with every application, needs to go through a final check by an officer to make sure there's no mistakes, and then PPR.
