I am waiting for medical from SGVO since July AR 2018. FT April 2019 at SGVO. Is there any one who is waiting for MR from Singapore office ?

Will adding spouse in existing application delay the processing?
If yes.. will it be too long?
After adding spouse Do we need to mail them paper based? Or
Do we need to upload in our online account or webcorm?

Need to mail same as you did yours.. yeah kind of it delays but 1-3 months not much..

You just need to be patient. Sometimes, they start background check before MR. The average processing time is 18 months. So you still have 6 months left.

No Worries. The officer might be reviewing your background or any thing else. The process of an application is started once it is received.

One more question,
Before nomination from province they called my supervisor for checking my Job .

Is it possible to call or mail again by visa office to him ,because mention supervisor already have left.pls. advice what should do

As long as you are working for the same company, there should not be any problem no matter who is your manager!
