I received additional document request on July 24, 2019. But it wouldn’t let it open I can’t see the email on the online account. I tried to contact technical difficulty error. Does anyone had a same situation? I am so stressed on this.
Hi guys my AR is July 09,2018 and aor is Aug 23,2018.
I got my medical exam request on may17, 2019 and I called them for the status and they told me that medical is still in process I dont know why they are taking so long for medical.
And then I got adr on jul 04,2019 for rcmp and schedule A.
Any idea or anybody with same timeline??

Background check is initiated once eligibility test is finished. Then, the medical request is sent and initial background check is started around the time. In this stage, visa officials check your background information's logical disposition (Schedule A) and criminality (RCMP Criminal Record). If your or your dependent's profile information (like name or DOB) are caught while running their database, they request RCMP report with finger print to make sure it isn't the person. If they are not fully convinced by some of provided information, they request additional information and mark your case with next check date and move on to next case. They won't touch your file until you submit the additional information or the marked date.
I guess once they finish reviewing your additional information, they will update medical and move on to security check.

you are waiting for security to be passed.criminality , medical and eligibility are passed .
Yes GU2 means your security has passed and your file has been transferred to your local CIC office. You should get DM AND PPR within couple of weeks
how we know in cic account that it's update for security passed . when we get prearrival letter it mean eligibility passed. is there anything for security passed too.
