Yes, I saw DM on June 28, and PPR came as an email. I did receive Pre-arrival letter on June 3.

I am sure yours is coming very soon. Wish you all the luck!

Hi everyone,

I noticed DM in my Ecas on June 28th and called CIC today and the PR has been approved!
No PPR received yet - I have representatives, and the agent told me the PPR email can take few days or weeks.

My timeline:
Paper-based, inland - 3 Dependents
Received on July 03, 2018
AOR on Aug 20, 2018
MR on May 2, 2019
MP on May 21, 2019
DM June 28, 2019
Called CIC to hear the Decision Made: Approved July 02, 2019
PPR: awaiting

Anyone noticed DM on Ecas and still waiting for PPR?

Do you think if you call CIC inregards to your application status, it will slow down the processing of your application? Just curious.

I called CIC on Friday, they told me that VO is still the main office in Sidney.
Eligibility is passed (and got invitation to pre-arrival services)
Criminality: passed
Medical: I sent them via a webform more that 1.5 months ago, but they still didn't update the profile
Background check: Not started yet

Timeline:
sent paper based application: August 7
AOR (account linked): September 18
Medical asked: May 8

I think it may speed up the process, not the other way around. There's absolutely no harm calling CIC. I personally only had good experiences, sometimes they did not have the information I was looking for, but in general, it was always helpful.

If criminality is passed then it will take less time to get ppr. As july applicants started getting ppr then hardly i think one month more to wait for august applicants. I am also august ist week applicant.

I have a question about how to mail out the passport after getting PPR..

I found the PPR says when mailling out the passport "DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE."

I am confused. Because I remember before, CIC required us to fill in our addresses in advance for return envelopes, so they can easily mail them back(for temporary visa though).

It is normal? Or did I misunderstood? I should just put a blank return envelope in with my passport and photos and mail them to CIC?
