I did several small gaps in personal history. And they updated imm569 form in June 2019

I got my red seal/journeyman certificate now in the NOC I applied for. Should I send it in now as its a Canadian qualification?
Got a couple of other documents to send now their translated

I have the same. I did mine on the 27th of May and it still says not received (it was paper based and the track and trace said it arrived on the 14th of June). I called CIC just now to ask more information. The systems are currently down, but the lady on the phone said that it can take a couple of weeks to be updated in our files.
