i just got invitation for pre-arrival services. Does anybody know when they usually send this message? (is it before background check, or after, or after eligibilty-passed?)
tried to find a pattern in forums for when people get this letter, but found that some people get PPR on the exact same day of receiving this message and some get it after several month...

sent paper based application: August 7
AOR (account linked): September 18
Medical asked: May 8
Medical passed: CIC still didn't update the application, but I contacted them through phone/webform and medical should be passed by now
It is when you pass your eligibility. Thats a good sign. Try calling them sometime and ask them what steps are left in your application
Is it normal to change ecas status from ' in process' to 'application recieved'.I dont have any updates after medical passed.
Not really though, it’s kinda weird. But honestly it’s okay, just hope for the best. They started giving PpR to May applicants so yours shouldn’t take too long too. But idk can’t say anything about CIC
Hoping for best.Nothing changed in gc key .And eligibility,security etc..not started yet.Only medical pass.
