Its been 20 months since my applications is received at the office, but haven't got any update other than receiving AOR on Dec19, 2018.Inland paper based PNP

No any update after it. ECAS shows status shows application received. And go through there shows medical received. Any similar timeline? I don’t know why it is so slow. No dependent. Processing time on the website shows 18 months. Mine since AR almost 20 months.
